One year I had an issue of a magazine devoted to healthy living/cooking, and they did a Thanksgiving feature. I had to laugh as absolutely no one photographed at the magazine’s version of a Thanksgiving dinner looked remotely happy or thankful to be there. As my dad said, “are these people living longer or do they just FEEL as though they are living longer since their lives seem to be miserable.”
i table a good tasty meal. you CAN make healthy changes and prepare good food. but i was happy to find out that butter is healthier than margarine.("sweeten your yams with a little O.J.. amazing how the flavors complement.)
