Back in the day things were made to last. Now parts are made to fail so you can continue spending the money you don’t have. After all corporations are people too and apparently they need our money more than we do.
scrabblefiend My hubby and I own an auto salvage yard. I know this is the new norm for auto manufactures, first hand. I’m not sure about your Buick, but I recently drove an06’ Torrent for a few years. It ran nice and was a good car. There was no way to check the transmission fluid. Many cars today no longer have that feature. If you get a leak, you don’t know. You also void the warranty on the tranny if you let it run dry. That is just one of the cool tricks they play. The list is getting longer every year.
