    Used to read those American comics when they arrived here. So much more colourful than the British comics of the era. I liked the Brit ones too though.

    And he was voiced by Gilbert Gottfried in the Animated Series. Mxyzptlk, not Superman.

    I still enjoy re-reading my old comics, and reprints of the earliest issues. But I stopped buying them about 25 years ago, and there’s no way I’m going to get into all the changes they’ve made in the characters since then — though I must admit I felt the urge when I read last year that Superman was going to reveal to the world that he was Clark Kent. No dream, no imaginary story, no alternate reality. But I restrained myself.
