The company should smarten up and pay the workers better first and whatever is left would be split as executive bonuses. The people who actually do the work that keeps you in business should be taken care of first.
It is the golden rule. Whoever has the gold makes the rules. Workers are sometimes reffered to as ’The Help". That means they are there to help the owner become a millionaire. Knew one guy who worked for a multimillionaire for 40 years but never made over $9000 a year himself.
