When I read them, ransomknotts, I likened them to random thoughts generated from being affected by the Frog Applause sphere of influence.

EDIT: I may have spoken too hastily - possibly the poor soup just lacks self-confidence, a sense of self-worth. Perhaps it feels, if it doesn’t debase itself with outright pleading, no one will deign to consume it. My apologies to the Blog soup for any further hurt I may have caused. (Unless, of course, the Blog soup is just nasty…)
