Some of us used to walk with our hands in the back of each others pants.

And some of us used to walk without pants.

Old Playboy cartoon showed a hippie couple walking down the street with their hands down the front of each others’ pants. Girl had a discomfited look on her face, caption something like “Couldn’t we just hold hands now and then?”

Damn those thermonuclear shopping carts.

I consider myself fairly well-versed in R&B guitarists and singers, but why hadn’t I heard of Barbara Lynn? Her strumming style looks like it owes a little to Wes Montgomery. Guess I wasn’t as well-versed as I thought.

My wife enjoyed public displays, but she was convinced to tone things down after the third time we had to post bail…She liked to put her hand in my back pocket. Once I started to grope for hers, and she told me, “These pants don’t have back pockets.”Well, I found another place to put my hand and she didn’t complain.
