How ANYBODY could abuse another person is way beyond me. I’m not religious; it just seems natural to respect eachother. You might hate someone but you don’t have to be nasty to them,.
DOGSNIFF Just inch your walker around and see what happens behind you.Why have I been picking on you this week? Have I mentioned jealousy before?I think this strip could be more real you substituted “wife” for “son”
Positively unsettling…which it should be. Some of us would just love to have our elders around again—and sound. We generally feel like we can do something about any suffering our children may endure, but the pain my mother in law experiences is not only something we can’t alleviate, but also something that we must convince her doctors is relevant.
A thought about The Sting of Death: aside from the gratuitous focus on gyrating hips, it seems to me that the dance in Raumpatrouille Orion isn’t that bizarre after all…
how about a Texas cage match between Chuck Norris, Steven Segal, Jason Bourne, Beatrix Kiddo, and Arnold Schwartzenegger ?be a hell a fight, since they are all undefeated
I think that a lot of abuse happens because the abuser isn’t willing to face up to their own insecurities and inadequacies, which results in built up frustration in themselves and erupts into hurting those whom they know can not fight back and realistically have a chance of winning a physical altercation.
@Dogsniff: 1 and 3 are correct. But don’t tell anyone about the alien part, I’ve almost got a place on the Senate Finance Committee and I don’t want to jinx the deal.
This strip is so weird. How is this supposed to be funny? I’ve been considering for a while taking it off my feed, and now I have the final motivation. Goodbye weirdo strip.
Yes, Frog Applause is weird, frequently disturbing and sometimes offensive. But there should be room in the world of comics for more than just funny. Of course the word “comics” sort of implies “funny”. Maybe we should use a different term?

Elder abuse, another shameful thing in this world.

It seems that I’ve missed the point of today’s strip as I have no children to mistreat me.And this is good?

The typical GoComics reader looks amazingly like my dad. Except there is no way he would ever read comics nowadays.

My view: I am not sure if I believe in God, but I surely do believe in Goodness. Let’s all try to be good.
