For crying out loud - it’s liquid oxygen not liquid hydrogen. A few years ago a Purdue University Professor demonstrated how to light a bar-b-que grill using LOX in a U-Tube video until the Indiana Fire Marshall made him remove it.

The human body is a marvelously inefficient billows.
So even though we want to look powerful and self-sufficient by using nothing but breath to speed combustion, really, go for the simple machine - it saves embarrassment.
Being exhausted and out of breath is not in the least sexy … that is, unless it coincides with Phaze’s cartoon scenario. ;-)
