Garfield: My age nightmare is a sieve?
Sieve: That's right! I'm your....um...your....uhhhhhhhh....your....wait, don't tell me....
Garfield: My memory?
Sieve: Yeah! Yeah! That's it!
Ohh.. Poor Garfield. This is like our 17 year old cat who is so used to waiting for someone to come in the door and feed him around 6:30 that even if we are home he forgets and still does this. We end up having to go out and come in the front door to make him stop waiting. Funny!
I was at Walmart yesterday and there was a sign in the photo department that said they will no longer develop 35mm film or disposable cameras. So even if you have film, you may not find a place to develop it.
Even when I was a kid, my memory could be erratic. Sometimes I’d run upstairs for something and forget what it was on the way. Usually I remembered when I got there.
When I was working in fast food,, sometimes I’d forget words. I think I was under a lot of stress.

Just four more days until the feline’s birthday. Just four more days. (He was able to remember a 78 RPM record yesterday.)

I have total recall. It does take a while to recall it lately.

That’s not an age nightmare. I’m 22 and it is my everyday nightmare when I’m awake.

Hey, fellow Gemini – my birthday was yesterday – Flag Day. I can at least remember that far back but I don’t know for how long.

That sieve could definitely describe my memory but it’s not age, I’ve always had a poor short term memory.

I always use that saying “I have a memory like a sieve” because I DO.I forget things which I was told only a few minutes ago.xxx

Apparently cats aren’t as susceptible to age nightmares as humans are — especially Garfield.
