@DavidF42: Yes, the verb “querer” most definitely can mean “love” in the romantic sense. (As for this strip, do Ágatha and her owner like ANYONE? It’s like they’re misanthropes!)
GATURRO: There were little re hearts in panel 1 of yesterday’s strip (signifying love, I presume). Today Gaturro’s owner is concerned that G. is depressed about Agatha’s rejection, so G’s owner (Mrs. Gordo) goes to see Agatha’s owner to seek her assistance in the problem. But Agatha’s owner also says, NO. In today’s last panel, Mrs. Gordo says, “Now it’s two.”

PHANTOM: Looks like we are having a little family dispute. He doesn’t seem to think her opinion is worth anything.
REX MORGAN: ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
MARK TRAIL: Now we have to pause to find out what damage MARK did.

Mary Worth – Katie was looking for him. Maybe she’ll overhear what he said and all will be well.
Rex Morgan – Will we continue to see Kelly with her new friends, or has the point been made and we can move on to something else?
Crankshaft – Has become too ridiculous.
