I’ve had guys like this work for me. I told one that if he could be on time everyday for a week straight (we start at 6 am in the summer), I would give him a raise. Needless to say, his pay stayed the same (For quite a while anyway. After a while he got more responsible and started making more money. Funny how that works.)
