My last job I was dispatcher for repairs and maintenance at a university dining services. I had a manager call in a grease filter that wasn’t working. I asked her if she pressed the reset button. She said “Yes, that’s not it.”. I asked if she pressed it really hard. She said that’s not the problem, call a repair man. I did. The repairman charged her $100.00 to press the reset button, really hard!!!
