Looked at in modern terms, one might argue that Pepe LePew’s major failing was either his extreme ego that made him believe he was God’s gift to women, or his utter blindness to the idea that “no” means “no.” But in fact, it was his total inability to tell the difference between a female of his own species and a black cat who accidentally stumbled across a can of white paint.
