Satchel: You know what would cheer you up?
Bucky: Do you?
Satchel: Eating... Grass...
Bucky: What? Satchel, have I ever-
Satchel: With...
Bucky: Oh, there's more sushi?
Satchel: Me!
Cats eat grass. I live in a city and they sell “cat grass” in little planters. I think it’s some kind of grain, actually. My cat devoured the sprouts like they were ganja or something.
Thanks to RSHIVE I googled and went on youtube to discover bob and ray and found them hilarious- but then, I’m 65 and not in the younger generation. I guess I missed hearing them, but I found their humour right up there with Abott and Costello.
Feeling a little down in the dumps, under the weather? Then join Satchel for a bite, a little salad, green and pretty. Tasty. Fresh Grass. And good company.

Seems like a takeoff on Bob & Ray’s “Slow Talkers of America”.

Bucky’s expression in the last panel says it all. But, Satchel is correct . . . as far as dogs are concerned.

Cats like dried mint, with no snow our Tom finds freeze dried mint and eats it. He has better breath than Bucky too.

Catnip is supposed to be feline “grass”, just don’t get caught by the feds.
