Well, wouldn’t it meaning something against noodles? Of course if you compare it to antipasto (which means before the meal), maybe it means before noodles?
Antipasto is singular and relates to one portion. Antipasti is plural and relates to multiple portions. Antipasta is a misinterpretation of the Italian language and does not have any meaning.
The “anti-” prefix in Italian is derived from Latin “ante” which means “before.” Antipasta is what you eat before the pasta course. In English we keep these two prefixes separate—except when we make mistakes.
