In all reality , in P 2 Tread Mark on the Head girl flashes Amy the Talk to the Hand sign . P 3 " Can you come back later Boo , Mr Rooney wants me to call Ferris Bueller for him. "
Ponytail girl managed to restyle her hair between panels. Was Boo’s hand mangled when her imaginary car fell off its jack? Or did things go better than expected with her sugardaddy last week?
Boo has a do like Wren McCormick. If she acquires a beat up VW Bug, works part time in the Milford Flour Mill and starts a student body movement to have a prom, then why do we need GilPa around to teach us a timely lesson?
So apparently Boo hates her father since she’s crabby on the day she goes to his place. But doesn’t hate him enough to sweet talk a car out of him. Speaking of hate, please don’t hate on today’s Mopped Up Thorp.
A revelation: While reviewing all the classic MUT strips I’ve tied the threads together. BOO gets car, BOO wrecks car, Big John is traumatized into speaking in order to get help; goes to Miami (not Ohio); drafted in 1st round by Atlanta; goes on to Hall of Fame Career and becomes famous after dinner speaker after he retires; gives all credit to…Cheerleader/Gymnist, whose name he can’t remember because of numerous head injuries. Of course this is just a hunch.
I just noticed an irregularity here. How did that woman in panel three know she was Boo and that Donny Brewster did not know her name. Do you suppose the writers could have missed something? That just doesn’t make sense. And for that matter who is Donny Brewster and what’s his story? Is it just me or does this comic strip lack continuity?
I was just being sarcastic about the writing. The way characters appear out of nowhere like they do. Like the student doesn’t know her name but this woman does. Just making fun of the inconsistencies of the writing.

Did somebody run over the girl on the left’s hair in P2 with a bicycle? And where did that bunch of bananas come from?

P4, but don’t you need a car first Boo?

From two Wednesdays on a Monday to Wednesday on a Tuesday. We’re making progress. Or maybe Milford is on the Julian calendar.

“You need a parking pass?”
“Yes, for my imaginary car!”

Maybe she can borrow a scissors while she’s in there to lop off Amy’s annoying forelock.

What she really needs to buy is some solvent for those fingers that are glued together. It’s the Mordecai “Three Finger” Brown look.

“One parking pass coming up. All I need is a copy of your registration and proof of insurance.”

Nostradamus predicted this: The scarecrow will believe the King bears gifts. The anguish shall last another week. (once a month)

This just in: They call her BOO Radley because she likes to wear a vegetable costume and walk down country roads with her brother in the dark

There’s a restaurant in DC called 2 Amy’s so maybe they have a future together.
