The key to survival living with a Women going though the "Change " is having a sense of Humor , and not Laughing when your Wife runs outside in a thin robe and no slippers in 10° Weather !
9 freaking years. Sleeping on bath towels and switching them out in the middle of the night, hair wet halfway down my back. Thankfully I found black cohosh about 5 yrs in. Very helpful. Well worth it, as Mr Rodgers and Mr Hammerstein wrote – I enjoy being a girl :)

You men have no idea how horrible it is! I’m in my early sixty’s and still have them every so often. It is the most horrible thing to go through.
