Busted!! He’s speaking in the wrong language, they don’t speak english without babbell.

I only did this routine once in the early days of my computer use. I actually got help. But after that, I started reading about PCs and how to deal with them beyond calling for help. Now I just search the Net for solutions.

Tech support can be such a pain.
