    I worked for greedy, shady employers…one told me they have two sets of books…….that’s when I decided to open my own business….

    32 years, retired in 2020, ONLY because of the pandemic.

    In 35 years in hospitality, I saw it all. Managers changing dates on expired food, adjusting time cards to eliminate overtime and while in the hotel business, managers going into guests rooms and stealing things. I would never have been able to look in the mirror, but it was a common occurence.
