As someone who worked in medical billing I say Herb makes an excellent point! This strip should be printed and put in the statement of every person he owed their doctor!
I prefer the method attributed to the ancient Chinese: pay your doctor a retainer until you get sick; then it’s on him to make you well before he starts getting paid again.
