afficionado — sorry, guess I didn’t make it back to Herman yesterday or last night, so I just read them now.
I was mostly responding to your remarks about Unger’s “old” strips being better than his “new” ones.
Most are from the 1980’s, with a few having been partially reworked in this century.
But even the newest were created sometime between 1997 and now.
And just for the record, a LOT of us here were born in the first half of the 20th century, though mostly, like me, after WWII.
Even more came along within the next few years.
Anyway, I’m no kid!
