This is not beyond the realm of possibility. My friend restored an old jeep. The jeep was parked on a slight incline and he left his dog in the car while he went into the store. The dog, rich with anxiety, started barking and bouncing around the cabin, knocking the car out of gear (manual transmission). It rolled over the edge of the road and hit a tree.
