Captain Victorious: With my imaginari-scope I can see other possible realities! Let's see what it would have been like if I had my superpowers as a teenager! Hmmm... Girl: You saved my calf, Victorious Boy! How can I repay you? Captain Victorious: Will you buy me beer? Man: Help, Victorious Boy! Help!! Captain Victorious: As soon as you're ready to buy my beer!! Will you buy me beer? Man: Well, I appreciate the rescue, but... no. Captain Victorious: You're not gonna buy me beer either, are you? Boy: Uh... I'm like, twelve. Captain Victorious: Ugh. At least I didn't miss out on anything...

In an alt reality he’s Victorious Boy. Probably early teens, assuming Ink Pen is set in the US isn’t he asking others o break the law for him?

They say to give without expecting to receive anything in return. So sometimes it comes as a pleasant surprise when someone does reciprocate. But if you not only expect but demand reciprocation from others, rest assured that they will not grant it. Or at best, they will only do so grudgingly, because you’ve made it blatantly clear that you are only ‘giving’ with strings attached.
