Ralston: Look, Hamhock, if you want to lose weight, you can't eat restaurant food. You should buy food and make it at home. It's much healthier. Hamhock: Yeah, but making your own food is hard. Ralston: So's angioplasty. Hamhock: Well, I won't have to perform it!!

Happened to read all about that in my science mag. You have 90 minutes till they perform it to have a higher success rate. Better to have a false alarm than wait if you think you’re having one.

Works for me. I can always cop out by saying: I’m paying good money so I might as well get something I like!

Way to be a hypocrite, Ralston. Tell him to eat healthier by not eating resturant food and yet you yourself aren’t at home making your own meal. Your eating resturant food
And if you consider it, one could “make” food at home that would actually be as bad or worse than Ralston’s complaints about eating resturant food. How many people actually go to the store and buy frozen pizza, or lasagna, chicken cutlets, or breaded fish fillets, or what ever and say their “making” that item for dinner rather than just heating it?
