Reminds me of the whole cop scenario in “So I Married an Axe Murderer.” The boss was “Too nice.” So nice in fact, that he tried (and failed) to act mean just to make one of the officers under his command feel better (He wanted a meaner boss).

The real problem, Bixby, is that they KNOW you and are looking at the gigs you get them. You’ve already got no credibility with them without Fritz being anything to you.
