EMET, you may prefer that to the 97 + humidity I returned to in Houston. The Pedukah/Nashville areas were a beautiful 85 yesterday & started another nice day today in Nashville. I almost wanted delay my return, knowing what I was coming home to.
@EMET, enjoying my vacation at home in the GTA. similar temps and humidity to what bald is experiencing. i’ve played 9 twice this week, and had a pretty good round both times. and you are on the right planet. all the other ones are left.
@bald: had no idea you were so nearby. my nephew is a grad of U@B and was on their soccer team for 5 years (red shirted for 1) so i visited regularly up until 2007. he’s doing post grad at Cornell, now, and, if i get my passport together, i’ll be visiting the area (Ithaca) in the fall.
WHERE DO YOU LIVE?!? I WANNA MOVE THERE!! I’m so sick & tired of Southern California where you have to endure the heat for 5-6 months! Sure it’s low humidity, but the morons that run the state refuse to allow more nuclear plants to make more electricity, they keep inviting millions of illegals to use up all our resources for free and they have back-door deals with Edison that allow them to rape us for electricity rates!! Have to have friends or family with a pool or go hang out at the mall/theater/beach. Thank God for the beach, on shore flows and the Catalina Eddy!!
…and, oh, yeah - it DOES look like a bear. A gopher would have two long, sharp front teeth. So… What was a bear doing underground at the stadium??? Snagging goodies after the game was a good call. Also makes me wonder if we’ll ever see those guys that are on the “injured list”.

sorry to hear that EMET: it is 80+ @ 2:00 PM here in Buffalo and humid as all H&LL, but the rain is supposed to cool it down later (yeah right)
