How can you tell what the referee is signaling when he lacks fingers on both of his seriously deformed hands?
boy if 2 techs were enough to get bounced from school in my day, i would have been out in 10th grade…. after the stunt we pulled on the librarian…
I think offences against high school librarians are specifically exempt from the 2 technical rule. The one at our school broke the mold.
