It’s so odd. Chelle may not even realize how good it is to have Jane around her. Look how relaxed she is, opening up that way. It’s a revlation.
Having read this in the reprint collections, I KNOW where this goes eventually… and good grief, is it one COMPLICATED, TWISTED mess!!
As I recall there’s a shootout or something. But that won’t happen for 4 or 5 months.
Too many layers to this onion, it’s making me cry and I want out.
You can see kids in the restaurants with slot machines — and bars.
I’ve known Sapphites who’s lives are less complicated than Jane’s. Two particular ladies are still together after 32 years.
