    There’s nothing wrong with strawberries or peanuts but you would never think to feed those to someone who says that they are allergic.

    Contrary to what some nutritionists think, it is quite easy to live without wheat. The beauty of trying gluten free is if you don’t feel any different, you can just go back to eating wheat.

    But for some people, avoiding wheat has improved their health.

    And donuts are not gluten but they might contain gluten.

    The sole benefit of a “cleanse” is that you stop eating stuff that’s not good for you. The other stuff involved is anti-scientific, new-agey BS.
