I lived above that basement, too. It still scares me.

I once ventured into the dreaded furnace room in our basement and the furnace monster was sleeping…whew!

I hate getting murdered in the basement.

Sure brings back some old childhood fears, doesn’t it?

I can deal with the murderers; it’s the creepy cave crickets and centipedes that give me the willies.

This is why it pays to finish your basement.
