Sorry Johanan, haven’t you ever seen Al Capp’s work? Some of the women he drew could be stand in’s for Cho’s work anytime. And Milton Caniff was certainly no slouch either.
One does not use a roller when applying suntan lotion on a lovely young lady. One uses one’s hands and gently massages in the lotion being sure to leave no area without a glistening sheen.

I have to admit, no cartoonist I’ve ever seen drew and draws young women better than Frank Cho.
But man, this one has attitude (even if here not entirely unjustified).
