When I was in Army basic, we were told that in combat, one would be lucky at times to even find a vet. (Luckily, I was in the Cold War and never asked to shoot anyone or be shot at)

A better deal for Frank would be to slip the waiter a $20 to put some X-Lax (or something) in her food. Maybe Frank has some horse tranquilzer handy…
