I watch these scenes on TV and in the movies where the hero slams the chair down on its back and breaks free. Yeah, try that stunt and you’d better have your back surgeon on hand to take care of spinal fractures and someone on hand to fix the multiple arm fractures.

It always helps to have the writers on your side…
