Now that is effective marketing!

Just what the kid needs — another skull!

Targeted advertising is popping up everywhere.

Good ad!

Now how did that come about? Was it JD writing it through his skin? Did someone else while he laid there stiffening? It is a puzzlement.

If I dropped dead while shoveling the sidewalk; the neighbors would probably just let me lie there too.
