My brother is a picky eater, he will only eat leftovers once (the real life Petey Otterloop grown up lol) so my SIL got smart and would turn the leftover into another entree and hopefully that got rid of the leftover.

Looks like refried beans, maybe? If so, that does look like an awful lot of it, though she’s made up for it by not making anything else.
