why does everyone hate that song? why? why? or is it the fact that I was stuck in ’it’s a small world’ Disneyland- yes stuck no movement, broken track rail, for over 45 minutes – while that song blasted in my head!!!!!!!!!!!! – they kept saying it would just be another 5 minutes – they wouldn’t evacuate us from the ride (safety concerns so they say, subliminal implanting is what I say) – they wouldn’t turn off or even turn down the sound!!!!! – absolutely true story – (sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night (daytime too if I’m napping) screaming ‘make it stop!’ ‘make it stop!’ – and my wife doesn’t even ask me what – she knows as she was there with me!!!!(slight exaggeration:) oh, but the agony isn’t! and that was over 36 years ago :( -— and I have refused to go on it again, ever, even when my children and then my grandchildren begged me to go with them. just thinking about being near the attraction and hearing it makes me want to run away! shivering at the remembrance – #scarredforlife
