I used to play with bow and arrows in the field next to our house when I was a kid. Then as a teen we were playing with tennis ball cannon made with beer cans (they were stronger then) and methanol as propellant.
20,000 sets sold, 6,100 people injured. Pretty high rate of stupid people not watching their kids! l And worse, they actually bought them for the kids and then complained when they got hurt.

It’s a crying shame that common sense can’t be taught. Guess since I can’t play lawn darts now, I’ll just go eat a Tide pod.
