Add a little vanilla extract, a Tbsp. of sugar and a splash of milk to a bowl of fresh clean snow, mix, and you’ve got snow ice cream!

I believe it to be snow although the blubber idea was also good! Wouldn’t authentic Antarctic cuisine include penguin and seagull?
“There snow calories or fats! Zero degrees of sugar! Ice cream sans cream! Tastes like chic… er, penguin!” I can just imaging the marketing campaign…
They could have at least put it in cones.
