You know what, Id actually like to see that at the local store

This is a really good ideal. I have seen folks push their cart into a espress lane filled to the brim. They are not stupid..thay are arrogant.

It would be better if more than 2 checkouts were open at peak times. Usually 2 open; 7 closed.

I agree with Hillbillyman, most of them aren’t that stupid, they just think they’re special. Even worse are the ones who watch everything being rung up, see the total, and then start digging through their purse or pockets for their checkbook, wallet, credit card, etc.

Here it’s not unusual for all checkout lanes to be closed except for one and that one is the express lane. I have no choice but to go through with my 20+ items and, of course, during checkout somebody shows up behind me with two items to buy. Although it’s not my fault I never feel real good about it…….

I second the comments of Hillbillyman and sandfan. All those in favor, say “Aisle”

And what about grocery store employees who don’t know English? It should be “10 items or fewer.”

Fortunately, I count in base twenty-five …

So there could be a day u have ‘eleven ‘ and no one else in that line…and u wouldn’t go in ? 12, or 13….
