Why would anyone read what seems to be a negative article about remodeling a kitchen out loud, when he isn’t the one who uses the kitchen to begin with?
I really can’t believe how many people who comment here treat these comic strips like they should reflect real life, and ask questions like Argythree does. If you’re looking for real-life logic, stop reading comics and just pay attention to life around you. Probably, though, you won’t find much logic there either. But, maybe, you’ll learn to stop asking silly questions, and just try to enjoy what you’re reading.
