This is one of the rare times we do not see TJ or Knute with a grin. For Knute, the only time I remember him not smiling is when Mr F threatened to make him attend summer school (on this strip) and when Les blasted him in the breadbasket (well into high school when Les was bullying Gunnie and Oxford had to intervene). TJ without that patented grin is even rarer. Gunnie looks like he might have to go use the restroom as he might have had an “accident”. BTW, isn’t that Diane in the front? I am surprised Brad is not either drooling over working on the show with her or about to have a panic attack like Gunther!
