Brad: Ok, here's my whole problem with Diane. I really like her, but I have no idea what she thinks of me. Brad: I mean, she doesn't run away from me or anything, but she doesn't exactly throw herself at me, either. She's sorta friendly but cook. I just don't know how she feels. Mom: Maybe she doesn't either. Maybe she's waiting for you to show her how you feel. Brad: But what if I do and she laughs in my face and tells me to drop dead? Mom: Well, then you'll know how she feels.
