It’s amazing, each year, the characters get a bit more realistic. Maybe in a few years, they’ll have become almost human looking

A lot of comics evolve like this over time. Wapsi Square and Questionable Content for instance. As the artist/writer gets to know his or her characters better and develops as an artist (and gets to know pen tablet technology better), the art evolves.
