No matter what’s on today, I remain nostalgic for the shows I saw as a kid. Even when I see clips and they look more cheaply made than I could have realized. But there’s something to be said after all for not being able to watch whatever you want whenever you want. Endless choices only increase the risk of addiction to the act of sitting and watching.
