For a while we had two toddlers living with us, my nephew Josh and his cousin Scotty. Sometimes they’d get to squabbling, “MINE MINE” and Scotty crying. I’d stop them and say, “We know it’s yours, Josh. Can Scotty play with it?” Once ownership was established, Josh was quite content for Scotty to play.
