What’s steak without steak sauce?

There must ‘something’ wrong with me—-I have NEVER found that any ‘sauce’ improves the taste (flavor) of a steak. I just love the taste of the meat, although ………..a few mushrooms never hurt ! ! ! !

At first, I thought Marm was trying to bribe the butcher with liquor, lol!

We once went to a dinner party that included two children. The host shopped at a high end butcher shop. He asked how many at the party. Four adults and two children. The butcher replied; “Then you only need four steaks. Do NOT feed my meat to children. They will only put ketchup on it!! He sold her hamburger for the kids. He was right.

Note the sign that declares “Ribeye $11.99 lb”? Back in the 50’s, Ribeye was $1.99 lb!

Steak Tartar needs sauce.

at almost $20 a pound unless on sale and the A1 is over $5 who can eat steak

Well …….. just take a steak out to Marm …. then he won’t bring the sauce in ….. deal …… Marm …… ;)

Marm brought the steak sauce for the steaks he wants to eat charge his owners if he gets a couple of steaks

The butcher is right! You can’t sully a beautiful ribeye with steak sauce!!!!!

Not needed for a good steak.
