Yes what Lila said was terrible. But we’ve all thought it. Even at the peak of holiday shopping you never see more than half of handicapped spaces being used, tops. Outside the holidays maybe 1 or 2 are in use at any time out of a dozen or so. Who decides how many there should be?
And yes, I’m a terrible person too for thinking such things.
