Years ago I had surgery on my left foot. Just prior to surgery the nurse gave me a marker and told me to wright on my right foot, “Not this one.”
Broke my left arm a few years ago. The surgeon asked me my name, then which arm. Don’t remember anything after that, but he got it right.
