Writers block? I'm afraid so... The bane of every author's existence!... But... But the first chapters went so well! I don't expect you to understand! You're not an artist! You're not a cartographer of the soul! Go now! Leave me to my burden! Please Lord, how?... How can I resolve Ms. Kitty's conflict with the Tinkle brothers?

Tinkle borthers? Tinkle? Really?

The brothers should not be tinkling on her kitty, unless, of course…

Sounds like a love triangle. The resolution is to have one of the Tinkle brothers conscripted and sent away to war.

Pretentious prig, Monty? And are you sure you didn’t steal your plot from Gunsmoke, as I intimated yesterday? I can just see the ominous Tinkle Brothers riding into Dodge City, wearing their long dusters but with their pairs of six-shooters visible, as Miss Kitty looks on from the porch of the Longbranch Saloon…. But I don’t see Matt! Where’s Matt?

Cartographer of the soul…is that like a waiter in a seafood restaurant?
dcell59 over 12 years ago
Sure, Tinkle. Most still don’t remember the original name of Deathy McFletcher (hint: anagram).

I read that as “Tingle” at first and thought, “BrotherS, plural? as in more than one?!? NO!!!!!! Oh, wait, nevermind.”
