We used to play cards on the floor and our cockatiel would grab cards and take them under a cabinet where we couldn’t get them. We tried giving him his own deck but he knew the difference.

“Hey! These cards are marked…. with beak marks!”

Well, he can’t be accused of palming a card. However, the little white marks could mean the lock up for our beaked cheater.

Are those X-Ray glasses Moondog is wearing?

Quit complaining. If you got the same hand again then you know what the parrot has.

It’s not a well the parrot shuffled the cards, is that he was able to shuffle them at all.

“…and an ace under one wing.”

Well, Pils, you could enlist the aid of that other guy who lives in the mirror in your cage.

This can’t be Moondog’s place. There’s no underwear strewn on the couch! :)

One anatomical error though; characteristic features of parrots include a strong, curved bill, an upright stance, strong legs, and clawed zygodactyl feet. What we are show is Anisodactyl feet this means that digit number 1 (which is similar to our big toe) faces backwards and the other 3 digits face forwards. For parrots it is 2 in front, 2 in back.

A hand with three toes won’t beat a hand with three kings.

Shuffle the cards seven times…is what Pilsner would find difficult.
